Calling all freshmen! UHD is hosting Gator Camp, an interactive day of fun for freshman students, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 27. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. on the UHD North Deck.

This free, one-day event will provide students an opportunity to meet new friends, interact with staff and become a part of the UHD family. Activities will include scavenger hunts, kickball, mud volleyball, boat races and more. Free food will also be available.

Students can register online here or in person Saturday morning. Comfortable, modest clothes, closed toe shoes and sun screen are a must! T-shirts will be available at the beginning of the day and should be worn throughout the program. Students should not bring valuables, weapons, drugs or guests to the event.
