Fall Theater Schedule Released

UHD's drama program students and alumni will present the following plays during the 2011-2012 academic year:

Equus, Peter Shafer's psychologically and emotionally complex human study of a boy who blinds horses, Oct. 28-Nov. 5.

Student-Directed One-Act Plays/Scenes, 15 chosen by the directing students, three will be presented in Spanish, Nov. 17-20

The Rivals, Richard Brinsley Sheridan 's satiric 1775 Restoration comedy that introduced Mrs. Malaprop, one of the most famous characters in English to the literary world, March 30-April 7.

"We hope you and your students will find our season inviting and delightful," said Tom Lyttle, professor and O'Kane Theatre director. "Please join us at a performance as we seek to provide our students, faculty and staff with a memorable and educational theater experience."
