On Monday, October 31, the University of Houston Downtown (UHD) Employment Services & Operations (ESO) will host the annual "Work/Life Boo Bash" from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Special Events Center (A300).

Employees will enjoy carnival snacks, visit with work/life vendors and enter for a chance to win "spooktacular" door prizes and have an opportunity to give back to the community by donating to the Star of Hope Mission. Employees are encouraged to bring donation items to the "Boo Bash" as the chance of winning door prizes increases with the each item donated. The mission is currently in need of diapers, toiletries, children's books, blankets and winter clothes.
