Diabetes Prevention & Awareness Workshop Feb. 4
Are you interested in learning more about diabetes or learning ways to improve your health and prevent diabetes? If so, UHD Sports & Fitness is hosting a Diabetes Prevention & Awareness Workshop.
Workshop participants will learn about the risks and how to control their health to prevent diabetes. Taught by The Dawn Network, this workshop will be held 2-3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4 in the One Main Building, Room N602. Light refreshments and healthy snacks will be provided. All attendees are eligible for a drawing to win a special UHD Sports & Fitness prize.
