The 2014 Freshman Convocation is fast approaching and your help is needed.

If your department or unit would like to have an information table at the "Meet & Greet" session that precedes the main program, please contact John Hudson and arrangements will be made. Freshman Convocation takes place on Saturday, Aug. 23, and the "Meet & Greet" session will take place in the cafeteria from 8 - 9 a.m.

This year, we will be sending the parents up to their own event on the fourth floor before sending students to the cafeteria. Hopefully, this change will help to provide our new freshmen with more opportunities to interact with all of you at your department and unit tables.

Tables will go quickly, so please send your request for a table as soon as possible
