The Curative COVID-19 testing kiosk at the University of Houston-Downtown is free of charge and available to the university community and open to the public seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. UHD students, faculty, staff and alumni may sign up for appointments through the Curative portal and must then check in online before their visit.

A photo ID and/or insurance card are suggested when arriving for testing, but not required.

The test is available as an oral swab or shallow nasal swab. After persons take the test, they will receive their results through email and text message. In addition, there is no limit to testing frequency.
