The UHD College of Business (COB) Career Center hosted its first Mock Interview Days event Nov. 3-5. Employers and human resource professionals facilitated practice interviews with students matched to them based on major or career interests. More than 60 COB students participated in the event.

The new mock interview program allowed students to get real-life interview experience in a professional practice setting with employers from companies such as HPE, Academy, Fuzion Apps, Comerica Bank, State Farm and KBR. Students experienced what to expect on a typical interview and practiced their interviewing skills with a professional recruiter or a hiring manager.

If any COB students missed the opportunity to attend the mock interview event, they can learn how to prepare for an interview by attending one of the many career development workshops through the COB Career Center.
