Hungry for tacos? You'll have to ignore those cravings because Wednesday, Aug. 10, was the last day of service for UHD's Taco Bell location in the cafeteria. The Mexican fast-food joint is being replaced by Subway, which will open Aug. 22.

"We are very excited to bring Subway to UHD," said Food Service Director Chris Conti. "The customer satisfaction surveys we conducted last year told us that our customers wanted something fresher and healthier to replace Taco Bell and we're delivering that with Subway."

The new Subway location will serve a full menu and operate Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
