Business Beyond Borders Summit Panelists & Partial Agenda

International Business Gators: speakers and the agenda for the International Business Summit at the Marilyn Davies College of Business (MDCOB) are now available. Sponsored by the City of Houston Business Opportunity Office, the event is scheduled for Thursday, May 18. 

MBA International Business students at MDCOB are invited, but you must RSVP online.

This year, Business Beyond Borders includes panelists who will share information about how entrepreneurs can make valuable contacts to successfully export their products/services, as well how to use technology and news media/social media to do business in Caribbean countries. 

Speakers:

  • Warren Winston, Managing Director, Global Initiatives, Winston Worldwide LLC
  • Leondria Thompson, President and CEO at Tri-County Regional Black Chamber of Commerce 
  • Dietrich von Biedenfeld, J.D., MDCOB Assistant Professor and Associate Municipal Judge
