Despite what we might wish, the pressures of life don’t end with the spring semester. As we move into the summer, it's as essential as ever to prioritize both academic (or professional) success and personal well-being. Recognizing this, UHD’s Wellness & Student Success Center (WSC) is committed to supporting students, faculty, and staff in their journey toward happiness and holistic well-being.  

Check out the events planned for the upcoming week, and don’t forget to mark your calendar! 

These are just a few of this week’s options:
Monday, June 12:
Gator Gainz Get a head-to-toe workout designed to increase agility, strength, endurance, and power.
Yoga Unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul through a tranquil yoga and meditation session. 
Zumba Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. This total body workout feels like a celebration.
Tuesday, June 13
Butts ’n’ Guts Looking to tighten and tone your abs and glutes quickly and efficiently? Come and join Antoinette's Group Fitness class!
Wednesday, June 14
Nutrition Made Simple Think you know all there is to know about nutrition? Come join us and find out.
Thursday, June 16
New! Tai Chi Join us for this new group exercise class for the summer.
