Banner Financial Aid Upgrade - Nov. 9

Information Technology will perform a mandatory Banner Financial Aid upgrade to meet federal regulatory requirements, as well as Banner General module upgrade. The upgrade will be performed during the following dates/times:

Start Date/Time: Friday, Nov. 9 at 5 p.m.

Expected End Date/Time: Sunday, Nov. 11 by 8 a.m.

During the downtime, the following services will be unavailable:

  • Banner (Student Records System)
  • Banner Financial Aid
  • Faculty & Staff e-services (payments, personal data & class roster)
  • Student e-services (registration, payments, schedules, personal data & grades)
  • Access to Student Account Info via e-services (usernames and passwords for GatorMail, Network ID & Blackboard)
  • AdAstra

Please note that Blackboard will NOT be affected by this, and it should be available during that time.
