Auxiliary Services Announces Gator Card, GatorCash Enhancements

Auxiliary Services has made several improvements this summer to make Gator Card and GatorCash experiences easier to access and manage, including a virtual ID feature that can be added to your phone’s mobile wallet. Read on to learn more about accessing and using the new features!

The new website is 100% mobile compatible so you can access all your Gator Card features from your computer or on the go from your mobile device.  

From your computer: 

  • Go to gatorcard.uhd.edu or use the Auxiliary Services home page and click on the Gator Card Web Portal from the navigation menu on the left side of the page. 
  • Click on Student & Staff Login.  
  • Choose your desired task from the menu on the left side of page. 

From your mobile phone: 

  • Open your favorite mobile browser on your phone or tablet and go to gatorcard.uhd.edu.  
  • Click on the three lines icon on the top left corner of the screen.  
  • Click on Student & Staff Login. 
  • Log in using your University credentials.  
  • Always remember to click on the menu icon (three lines) on the top left corner of your screen to access all the features of this site.   

New features include: 

  • Improved Gator Card and GatorCash account management: You can now view your GatorCash transaction history, add GatorCash to your GatorCard, and pay with GatorCash using your mobile phone. 
  • Improved ID photo uploading process: Photos can now be uploaded using your mobile phone making it fast, easy, and convenient. 
  • Virtual ID: 
    • No need to search for your campus ID anymore. You can now add your school ID to your mobile wallet in your phone. 
    • To add your Virtual ID to your mobile wallet, just click on the Display Virtual ID button on the navigation menu of the Gator Card portal and tap Add to wallet. That simple!  
  • Now accepted at UHD Sports & Fitness and Wellness & Success Center (WSC). Use your virtual ID to access the WSC and to pay for services using GatorCash.
