Attention Faculty: It's Time To Order Commencement Regalia

Graduation picture

Attention all UHD faculty! Graduation is less than two months away. Now is the time to order commencement regalia.

Fall commencement ceremonies are almost hereSaturday, Dec. 15 and Sunday, Dec.16.

Faculty who plan to participate in graduation and don't own regalia, the UHD bookstore has a convenient rental program.

Place your rental orders with the bookstore prior to Wednesday, Nov. 14 to avoid any late fees. Orders placed prior to this date should arrive the last week of November. All customers will be contacted by phone and email to pick up their regalia at the bookstore.

For any orders placed after Dec. 4 an additional $10 fee will be added to your order for rush shipping. The bookstore will not guarantee any orders that are placed on or after Dec. 4. The UHD Bookstore requires prepayment for all orders and accepts cash, all major credit cards (with valid identification), or a charge to your department via PCard or purchase voucher with prior approval from your department.

If preferred, arrangements can be made for the bookstore to deliver your regalia to the graduation. The bookstore staff will be on hand to retrieve the rented regalia after the ceremony's conclusion.

Currently, Herff Jones is running a Regalia Package sale through Dec. 31, 2018. Orders must be submitted to the bookstore by October 25 to receive before the fall 2018 Graduation. Contact Gabby Rodriguez at grodriguez@uhd.edu for ordering information.
