Fort Bend Star: Christopher Reid, the 2014-15 Stafford Municipal School District Teacher of the Year, earned a history/English degree from the University of Houston-Downtown on the GI Bill. He accomplished that while working two full-time jobs and raising children, becoming the first person in his family to graduate from college.
