UHD’s Sports & Fitness is bringing back its Summer Fitness schedule. There’s something for everyone! Featured classes include a wide variety from Zumba to Boot Camp to Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ to Pilates to Jiu Jitsu to Line Dancing. There are no prerequisites to come, all experience levels welcomed, just come ready to work out and have fun! All classes are held in the fitness studio of the Jesse H. Jones Student Life Center.
