UHD’s Sports & Fitness is hosting two workshops on nutrition and body posture this week:
The first workshop, “Analyzing & Correct Body Posture & Alignment,” will provide an understanding of how posture effects your activities of daily living and how to analyze and correct your posture, 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, in the One Main Building, Room N602.
The second workshop, “What is Good Nutrition,” offers insight into sorting through all the information and misinformation of the best nutritional choices for a healthier lifestyle, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, in the One Main Building, Room N602.
