A Message From Student Affairs and Enrollment Management – myUHD 2.0

Dear UHD Faculty and Staff:

As previously announced, the University of Houston-Downtown is currently transitioning from Banner to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as our new student information system. This project will be branded and communicated to our campus as myUHD 2.0.

The myUHD 2.0 platform will revolutionize the student, faculty, and staff experience when accessing student-related information. The UHD community can look forward to the following benefits:

  • Seamless, user-friendly and updated student platform to access services and information
  • Robust portal for faculty engagement with student records and class scheduling
  • Redesign of UHD business processes to support the Student Information System
  • Enhanced reporting and data analysis capabilities

Starting this fall, new student applicants for the fall 2018 term will be directed to a new portal utilizing PeopleSoft to access their information. Other enrollment processes will be available in PeopleSoft as the academic year progresses. You can view a detailed timeline for the implementation on our website.

The myUHD 2.0 project will require the focus and commitment of the entire University community to be successful. Training for this project began summer 2017 for specified groups and will continue during the next academic year for the campus community.
