UHD to Host Intersection 2016 Conference

intersection-2016-logoThe University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) will host Intersection 2016, a conference focusing on quality of life, health, equity, development and environmental issues facing the Houston area, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 10 - 12 in the UHD Welcome Center.

The three-day conference will feature over 60 speakers, workshops, tours and interactive labs and will focus on how local and global leaders are looking to nature and walkable urbanism to address pressing issues in the areas of health, culture, resilience, prosperity and social justice.
