Sports & Fitness Offers Free Self Defense Program

The Department of Sports and Fitness invites faculty, staff and students to Self Defense, a 5-week mixed martial arts program. The program is free of charge and will take place in the Student Life Center Studio on Fridays from 12-12:45 p.m. Please see the following dates:

  • March 25
  • April 1
  • April 8
  • April 15
  • April 22
