UHD Employee Services and Operations (ESO) will launch a new Gator Connect Staff Mentorship Program — developed by Ryan Riojas and Lymari Silva of ESO's Learning & Organization (LOD) team.

The goal of this program is to:

• Connect new employees to the University and available opportunities.
• Cultivate growth through professional development, work/life resources and wellness.
• Contribute to the mission and vision of UHD.

The program will kick off next Wednesday, Dec. 16 with a launch and holiday reception from 3-4 p.m. in room N602. Light refreshments will be served.
