UHD's National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) team will host a Welcoming Diversity/Prejudice Reduction Workshop on Friday, Nov. 6, at 6:30 a.m., in room N420. The half-day training workshop is designed to reveal how participants have been taught to think and act as members of their racial, ethnic, gender, sexual and other identity groups and to teach skills for bridging differences.

The training workshop is available to UHD students, faculty and staff. It will be led by certified NCBI trainers, assistant professor of management, marketing and business administration, Doug TeDuits, and Sharde' Lewis. Light refreshments will be served.
