Sports & Fitness Offers Free Four-Week Self-Defense Program

UHD Sports & Fitness is offering a free, four-week, women’s self-defense program beginning July 10. Sessions will be held Fridays from 10:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Student Life Center Studio.
