Sports & Fitness Presents: Managing Stress

The department of Sports & Fitness will present a workshop Wednesday from 12-1 p.m. in Room N602, entitled “Managing Stress with Exercise and Nutrition.”  The one-hour workshop will focus on techniques for controlling stress by adopting a healthy lifestyle of exercise and good nutrition.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to register online or in person at Student Life Center Member Services.
