The Department of Sports & Fitness has posted the Fall 2014 schedule of fitness classes. A variety of courses such as Zumba, karate, and African dance are offered in morning, afternoon, and evening sessions.
Classes are free to UHD students, faculty and staff. Personal training is also available at a rate of $10 for students and $15 for faculty/staff.
Next week, Sports & Fitness will host its first Healthy Workshop of the fall semester. “Safety and Self Defense” will provide basic safety tips and techniques for all attendees from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 3 in N602. Click here to register online or visit the Student Life Center to sign up.
