UHD Counseling Services will host a workshop on the dangers of abusing alcohol and drugs during Spring Break.

Spring BRAKE PreCautions will also examine the effects those substances have on the body and mind, as well as available resources in the community for those seeking help with these issues.

Topics will include:

· Gateway drugs: nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, and inhalants

· Prescription abuse

· Newest trends of bath salts, incense, & K2/Spice

· Learn about resources in the local community to help individuals/families with these issues
