Sports and Fitness is hosting two new workshops this month, Relaxation Techniques and Healthy Fast Food Options.

- Healthy Fast Food Options will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in N602. If you don’t have time to cook and often visit fast food restaurants, try some of their more healthier options for a healthier life!
