Math Conference, CombinaTexas, Hosted at UHD

The 14th annual CombinaTexas, a two-day discrete mathematics conference focused on combinatorics and graph theory, will be held at UHD April 20-21.

Speakers include:

  • Siemion Fajtlowica, UH
  • Odile Favaron, Laboratoire de Recherche en Informatique
  • Jerold Griggs, University of South Carolina
  • Adriana Hansberg, UPC Barcelona
  • Brendan McKay, Australian National University
  • William Staton, University of Mississippi

There will be 20-minute contributed talks, as well as poster displays. The conference organizers encourage participants to submit an abstract for a talk or poster as soon as possible, the deadline is April 5. The theme for CombinaTexas 2013 is "substructures of graphs and dominating sets," but contributed talks and posters from other areas of combinatorics and graph theory are also welcome. Please register and make your travel plans soon, because the deadline for reserving a room at the conference rate is March 22.
