Sports & Fitness wants to teach you a thing or two about eating well. Join the team from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, in N602 for the workshop “Eating for Good Health.”
During this hour, faculty, staff and students can learn about portion sizes, serving sizes and other tips for healthier living. Refreshments will be provided and the workshop is free to attend.
