Sports and Fitness has extended the registration deadline for its Biggest Loser program until Friday, March 1.
If you want to lose more than 50 pounds, consider joining this free program! The requirements for the program include weekly weigh-ins, pre- and post-program assessments, and completing a pre- and post-program survey. Also available for program participants are weekly motivational meetings, scheduled exercise classes, nutrition/exercise tracking, and buddy training.
The “Biggest Loser” will win a gift basket valued at $200! With so much help available – what have you got to lose, besides the weight?
