UHD’s Sports and Fitness Department wants to help you lose big!
If you want to lose more than 50 pounds, consider joining the University’s Biggest Loser program! It’s free and open to UHD students, faculty and staff.
Interest meetings and program sign-up will be held Monday, Feb. 18, through Friday, Feb. 22, in the Student Life Center East Gym. You only have to attend ONE meeting, so review the schedule below and pick one that best fits your schedule:
- Monday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m.
- Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 20, at 6 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 21, at 4 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 22, at 9 a.m.
The requirements for the program include weekly weigh-ins, pre- and post-program assessments, and completing a pre- and post-program survey. Also available for program participants are weekly motivational meetings, scheduled exercise classes, nutrition/exercise tracking, and buddy training.
The “Biggest Loser” will win a gift basket valued at $200! With so much help available – what have you got to lose, besides the weight?
