Sports and Fitness Healthy Workshop on Eating Nutritious Foods

Did you know that there are foods in every color of the rainbow that can give your body nutrients and combat disease? Learn all about these foods and more during “Taste the Rainbow” a Sports and Fitness Healthy Workshop from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in room N602.

Eating a variety of foods can help you lose weight or maintain a healthy body weight. Come taste a bit of the rainbow of food choices at this workshop so you know how to “choose your plate” each day.
