UHD Sports & Fitness is kicking off the Fall 2012 semester with a healthy workshop called “Customize Your Workout.” Students, faculty and staff are invited to room N602 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6 to learn about creating a workout that works for them.
