Beginning this fall, students can register for one of six new healthcare certification programs offered through UHD's Applied Business and Technology Center.

The new training programs - including EKG technician, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, phlebotomy technician, medical billing and coding specialist and electronic health records specialist - vary in length from 10 to 14 weeks and will prepare students to enter the healthcare field.
