UHD Library Improves Research Help with New Feature

In order to better serve our students the UHD W.I. Dykes Library has improved its Ask-A-Librarian service, which allows students to submit questions to library staff.

Library patrons can now search a database of nearly 300 previously answered questions for help with their own issues. This new feature is available 24 hours a day, providing improved access to professional research help. Try the new service here.

The library also offers a live chat service, LibChat, from noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist patrons, as well as research consultation appointments with librarians.

For more information on the library's services, contact 713-221-8187 or visit the library website here.
