UHD Sports & Fitness is committed to helping our faculty, staff and students live healthy lives and will host ‘Maintain Don’t Gain,’ a weight maintenance/weight loss program, from Monday, Oct. 24, through Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012. Weigh-ins will be on the third floor of the Student Life Center.
Join this program for greater accountability, weekly weigh-ins, a tracking journal and weekly email tips on avoiding holiday weight gain.
Participants that don’t gain weight during the program will receive a t-shirt and water bottle! Those interested can register with Rhonda Scherer via email at email@example.com
