UHD’s College of Public Service will offer an entirely online Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice for the first time beginning spring 2012.
The online MSCJ is designed to prepare students to become future leaders in policing, corrections, courts and various criminal justice agencies. The deadline for admission into the program is Nov. 1.
“This online degree program includes features designed to make it convenient for students, especially working professionals,” said Beth Pelz, Dean of the College of Public Service.
“The courses are offered every eight weeks so students can complete a master’s degree in as little as 14 months. Students are guaranteed access to classes. They’ll never be told a class is filled. Students also can choose where and when they do the work as long as they do the work within the parameters of the deadlines.”
